Integrative Healing Therapy, Life Coaching and Energy Healing. I also offer
DEI education workshops and can be booked for public speaking.​
Therapy & Healing
IHT: Integrative Healing Therapy is my own unique blend of certified therapy & coaching techniques, which include: EMDR & IEMT (eye movement therapies), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy®. I can also offer any of the aforementioned as a stand alone therapy if preferred (and if suitable for your needs).
IHT is suitable for many types of trauma healing, anxiety, fears, grief, phobias, self-esteem, confidence, self-limiting beliefs and more, and can be specially tailored and adapted to the involuntary childless experience in mind, according to your specific needs and preferences.

Life Coaching
The idea of creating a new life path that doesn't involve children (when that was our life plan) can often feel confusing at best or full of dread and grief at worst; "what happens now?" "what's my life purpose?" "why am I here..?" can be questions that pop into our head making us feel listless. demotivated or hopeless.
During our Life Coaching sessions together, I will help guide you through the process of gaining some clarity and work with you to create clear goals for the future using a step-by-step plan for your success. We can work together on goals and outcomes however small or big they may seem to you; from managing your daily to do list, to setting up a new business or total life transformation.
By adding NLP into the mix, (Neuro Linguistic Programming), along with guided visualisations, or Timeline Therapy, you'll start to see a new and promising future unfold before your eyes.

Traditionally, Life Coaches are future focussed and don’t incorporate therapy or reflecting on the past into their practice. However, I believe that addressing the past is often necessary and can indeed be the very key to being able to move forwards in our lives. As a result, I can integrate therapeutic tools into my Life Coaching practice where appropriate and if desired (e.g. EMDR to resolve self-limiting beliefs which may be holding you back).

Certified Reiki Healing Training
Discover the transformative healing power of Reiki in this certified Level 1 course. Reiki is a gentle yet profound healing practice which offers a pathway to self-healing and reconnection to the self and the Universe. You'll learn grounding and well-being techniques, and how to channel healing energy to yourself and others. Reiki is a way to restore balance, and nurtures your spirit, fostering a sense of inner peace and resilience as you navigate life's challenges. Reiki can also be used as part of your day to day or integrated into existing practices.

This course is certified and officially "attunes" the student to Reiki, meaning they are equipped with this healing technique for life, enabling the student to practice on themselves & loved ones.
I also teach Reiki Level 2, which enables you to work as a professional Reiki practitioner if desired (although many people use Reiki for self-healing, even at Reiki Master level!). *Please note that the course consists of self-guided learning, two virtual lessons and also half a day in person in either London, Hove, or Brighton, East Sussex (depending on where is most convenient). Once you request to book, I will contact you to arrange details and dates. You will receive a certificate at the end of the day in person, as well as advice on how to set yourself up as a practitioner - or how to best use Reiki for self-healing!

- £275 Reiki 2 Practitioner Certification (2 x online sessions, self-guided learning & half a day in person attunements)
